Intake bolt patterns?

I'm thinking of converting a 3.2l intake manifold to fit my 2.7l. I was wondering if the intake bolt apttern is the same. What I was thinking of doing was some phenolic spacer/adapters, if the bolt spacing is the same. Would this work or not??? Thanx, Duke

AFAIK the intake manifold bolt patterns did not change until the 3.6 litre motors came out which had 3 studs instead of 2. If you do it dont forget to port match it!

It does work. It is a bolt on. Yes you must port your heads to match the intake. Don't forget you will have to have a custom chip or aftermarket ECU to get the EFI to work properly with your 2.7

My thoughts exactly. BTW cool videos and great job on your racing, sorry we haven't gotten together. My wife is having some more problems and I've been taking care of her. Call me sometime and we'll get together.
