Web-Cam 104/102 timing lift spec? Anyone?

I think I calculated my web-cam 104/102 grind timing lift wrong for my 2.4L. Does anyone know the amout of lift if should have when timing it as specified in Waynes book? In other words, what should the dial indicator read when the valve spring top is lifted?

If an S cam is 5.2mm or 0.20inch what is the web cam?

Set that one at 4.2-4.6mm. :)
