reconditioning rockers and shafts

Anyone know a good shop that can do this without a long wait?

I second the recommendation for john at www.dr-camshafts.com. Great guy. Remove your adjusting screws before sending them in. Also be prepared for some of them to break when you remove them. You can get an entire set of new ones for $50 shipped.

And Camgrinder did a beautiful job on my rockers! (I'm not going to say shafts, that is too big an opening...)

so by exchange u mean i send the old ones, and get a different recondition ones back? like no lay over time?

because i am interested in

2 sets if the copper rings that go between the cyclinder and the block. they need to be for the 100mm p&c's.

and the second item that i require, is 6 rocker shafts, and 2 rocker arms. once again either if u can supply or point me where to go.
i have the old ones....

thanks again!
Nick

Check rocker bushing wear. I made a few bushings and pressed into the rockers, then honed to fit. So far so good. I think John does this also....as I understand the original bushings aren't available any longer. I don't like the looks of the originals anyway. That's my 2 cents.

John (Camgrinder) fits and hones new bushings, polishes faces and checks and polishes the rocker shafts.

Beautiful work done right.
