building 3.0L
Moving to Oregon from Orlando. Will be rejoining the RGRUPPE when we get back. My 2.7 had it's first failure after about 60,000 miles, sooo.
I'm planning on putting together a 3.0L engine in the garage when we get to Oregon. Will use my 40mm webers and European headers for a street/DE/Autox car. Anyone have a good source besides Bruce Anderson that will address building this type engine? Thanks Kent Olsen 72T upgraded 2.7 |

Try Wayne's book, Rebuiding and Modifying 911 Engines, it's full of good info and is step by step.

This board is also an excellent source. I'm also building a 3,0 and have gotten very useful (and entertaining) advice from folks here.
In addition to useful things, this board also frequently has varied opinions which in the end helps as well.
