Air pump ports

Any ideas where to get a M12x1 plug to plug the air pump port in the head? I am trying to plug the port that is just below the exhaust port where the air pump nozzle went. The Googles are not helpful, tried McMaster. No luck. I cant be the first guy to do this, but I found nothing with a search.

I got them from "bolt depot" and you can buy them each.
I'm pretty sure you want 10x1mm

I used a 914 brake component I found in a thread many moons ago. I would not even know where to begin to search for the thread, but maybe looking around in the 914 brake parts catalog might be fruitful?

They are also listed here on Pelican as Air Injection Smog Pump Port Plug, sold individually.

So, believe it or not, neither Pelican nor Stoddard has the ability to measure the threads on that 914 part. Looking at the pic that pelican has on the site they look to be 1.5 pitch. I also called Patrick and theirs are 10x1.0, so that wont work. I guess I will spend some time in the machine shop and turn my own. Thanks for the help guys.

buy a single of the 914 part and see if it works before acquiring all of them. I am confident they are what I used to fill the ports on my old 78 when I went to SSI's.

Oh, I misunderstood. I thought you were looking for 12x1.5.

Would a Kawasaki 12x1 ("12x10") drain plug work? (Part # 92066-1222)

These are tapered right?

I'll have to look at that. The relief that the port is in may not have the clearance for a conventional hex head
