Cool ARP Head Stud Height Does Not Matter, Look at Pics of my 3.2L Project Comparison

Well I'm going to be doing my ARP install this morning and I read everyone's input on the subject, I have to agree with Henry and a few others that it appears that head stud install height does not matter with aftermarket performance studs since they do not use the barrel nuts. To prove it out I installed an ARP and OEM stud next to each other; The ARP was installed all the way in until it bottomed out and then backed out 1/4 turn. The OEM was installed at a deck height of 135 mm (5.315"). I took a few pictures of their resting positions and you can see that the ARP and OEM threads nearly line up. Before I add the loctite any more advice out there? I already thoroughly cleaned out the threads?

Best Regards,

Alex
