2 silly questions

1st 930 P&Cs on a 3.0 crank and rods set up will net me what type of CR (the rods would be modified by henry of course) and would you use the half finned cylinders if everything was in spec??

2nd question any real benifit to polishing the cumbustion chamber on the heads?? It would cost next to nothing to have done but curious.

Hi Ben:

1) Those yield around 6.7-6.8:1 depending on deck height and chamber volumes. Personally, I wouldn't use the half-finned ones for anything besides paperweights. They do not stay round when hot.

2) The only benefits would be reduced propensity for carbon buildups.
