Engine won't run Chapter 2

Thanks to Doug I was able to narrow my problem down to the air sensor plate switch. The switch is not opening when the sensor plate lifts. I have checked the relay and it seems to be working fine. When I disconnect the plug at the rear of the air supply the fuel pump runs with the ignition switch in the run position. When I put an ohm meter on the contacts and male side of the plug it shows the switch closed and when I lift the sensor plate it is still closed. Looking under the sensor plate I find a bracket with what appears to be a spring contact against a screw. The end of the screw protrudes through the bracket and has a slot in it as though it should be adjustable. Is this the switch? How do I adjust this to get the switch to open when the sensor plate lifts?
