3.2 euro or 3.4
Hi Is time to rebulit my 87 carrera, car mainly used in summer 50% track and DE we have 94 octane gas here in Canada,my engine 100k miles, with autothory maf , chips ssi early muffler,my question should I go for euro 10.3 cr or 3.4 9.5 cr with single plug need expert to feed back also do I need to change 964 cam thx. Your engine might already be a 10.3 engine if it was delivered to Canada originally. You'll get more power out of the 3.4 engine and be safer on the compression ratio. 964 cams are supposed to be a nice upgrade to that engine.

Thanks Andy, my motor is US spec original fr Florida, 9.5 cr for sure, is any one can tell me how to check it is Nikasil fr Mahle or Alusil fr KS without pull the cylinder out.

The Canadian cars had the same motor specs as the USA cars, at least the 3.2's did....
