sorry... another cam timing post

I searched but my specific questions weren't addressed by other posts.

I am assembling a stock 2.7 with SC cams I purchased from Camgrinder. He recommends a range of 1.4 to 1.7. I timed them with mechanical tensioners and no slack in the chains to a reading of 1.55. I then installed the tensioners. I'm using the non oil fed ones. I have rebuilt them and bled them and they are solid as a rock. After I installed the tensioners and installed all the rockers I decided to double check the cam timing. I now get readings of 1.4 on the left cam and 1.43 on the right cam. So clearly the timing changed because the tension on the chains changed when installing the tensioners. I am able to repeat these readings and have checked that the tensioners are not collapsing. (I also installed safety collars).

Here are my questions:

will the .03mm variance from side to side be an issue?

will having my cams timed at the lower end of the range be noticeable given the otherwise stock motor?

You won't notice the difference and those readings are fine.
