What are these P/C's?
The auction claims they are 2.4E P/C's. The pistons don't look anything like the ones out of my 2.2E motor. Are 2.2E different from 2.4E? Any ideas what these really are?

Those look like the QSC P/Cs, that may account for some of the difference.

Don't know what they fit, but it is for an early model and the pistons are cast aluminum.

The picture of your 2.2E piston looks like it has way more of a high comp. dome than the new 2.4E pictures. Your old 2.2Es look more like 2.2S or maybe it's just the angle of the picture. The new 2.4 pistons look more like 8.5:1 comp.

Those are made by AA. 2.2 E C/R: 9.1:1 on short stroke crank (9.6:1 on a 2.4 crank) , 2.4E C/R: 8.0:1 on long stroke crank (something in the low-mid 7:1 range on a 2.2 crank). The 2.4E pistons are a much lower dome piston.
Good luck Scott
