3.0 and Carbs, brake booster solution?
How have you solved the vacuum problem for the brake booster? Especially, if your manifolds were not set-up with a vacuum port. Any photos would be very helpful.

Jon, in my car the PO had drilled and tapped vacuum fittings on the car manifolds. I have both carbs Teed and I'm using a MB one way vacuum valve right next to the carbs, before going forward to the brake booster. Including pix of carb. Valve is missing in second picture since it was added later. Hope this helps... Lou

Was there a carbed sportomatic? I would look for a set of sporto manifolds, these will have the plumbing. I know there was an MFI sporto, I have a set of TBs with the plumbing. Would be a nice touch.

I had the same thought John. I have a set of those manifolds, however for the 3.0 I want a taller, larger set.
