I would love to talk options with you if you go further down the upgrade path.... From the pic the cylinder looks salvageable (assuming measurements are good). You look nice and organized which will pay off come reassembly time!! Cheers

Thanks Jeff, I could use the bore gauge so I can get a feel for what I have going, I should've taken you up on that earlier. I got the cam tool and Z block yesterday, thanks!
I try and keep it all orderly. I've used a bunch of plastic bags seperating parts, and probably will start doing some cleaning before I split the case. I may even get my sheetmetal and valve covers off to the powdercoaters to keep them from being underfoot, and get some tangible progress.
