Not yet,
Apparently they are in a class that would include Pauter Carillo& Arrow We have built some BMW engine using Arrow connecting rods.. the only negative I can think of is the exchange rate

Thanks Tim, I was just currious as they are offered to me at wholesale. I may give them a try on the next engine build. I pay some form of exchange either way, you Americans won't take our money at par (at least it is getting close

Why not just go all out from the get to and set yourself up with Pankl pieces? I would think after Pankl you have Cosworth and then perhaps Mahle or Accralite and Arrow and then you have Wossner and Carillo. To me it makes more sense to go with a company that makes rods and pistons instead of simply rods or pistons.

Wossner makes pistons AND rods.....
I am only looking at them because the opportunity fell into my lap so to speak. Just trying to get a feel for quality and to see if anyone else had used them and had good or bad experience. Cheers

From what I have seen of them they look to be a quality part. I would like to know the weights on the pieces and dimensions. My big thing now is trying to find a company that makes rods and pistons and have a custom set made up for a future engine rebuild that is slowly taking shape. I want a lightweight 100mm bore piston with an X style forging and a longer than stock rod for better angularity. Also a smaller piston pin to reduce weight and integrated nuts in the large portion of the rod for the bolts to fasten to.
If you get your hands on some of their specs or pricing on custom pieces I would be interested to know what they are. I have too many ideas shootin around in my head right now for the next iteration.
