Mahle PS98-003 p&c's

If anyone is using this set, could you let me know what cams you're running. These are described as Carb./MFI pistons, at 10.2:1. Wondering if GE40, or 60's work without machine work. Thanks in advance.

Those work just fine with those cams without any clearance issues,...

Just wondering about those p&c. I am looking to buy a set like that. Steve had told me they handle very wild cams. Did you buy them already?

Thank you Steve.

Alphie: I haven't, as yet, but I anticipate traveling down that road in about 3 months. I'm just trying to do the leg-work now. They will probably be paired with GE-40's. Not that wild, but for a street car, hopefully enough.

You are most welcome,...

Fear not, those P/C's will handle any cam you will use at that CR.

Call me when you need them,...

Jon, I'm not that familiar with GE-40s. I currently have DC20/21 and am looking to move up to the mahle set with DC40's and PMOs as recommended by Steve. Do you know how the GE-40 relates to a DC or to a S?

Steve is helping with my build and I highly recommended using his services.

Rob, I think we're headed in the same direction. I don't have nearly the experience as Steve, or others. I'm sure Steve will take very good care of you.
The GE is by Garretson Enterprises. If yo search under "cam selection" you'll find some very usefull charts showing specs for different cams
