starting my build plan for a 3.6L 964 motor

Hi,

I am starting to think about getting my ducks in a row for building a 3.6L 964 motor.

It is an early motor, so I assume that I will be needing to take care of the cylinder to head sealing issues.

Also, should I get it balanced.

What else (other than normal valve guide replacement and other replacement parts) should I be thinking about for this motor. I am looking for a fairly stock rebuild. The motor will be run by an electromotive setup, so I will be getting rid of the twin distributor and any of the motronic stuff.

Thanks

Ed
