It don't have no fancy cams, no big jugs, just a stock 70T 2.2 but I like it.
two mics, one in engine bay between the webers, the other outside just above exhaust. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5nfsTTT7oHk Last edited by gigem75; 11-16-2007 at 01:20 PM.. |

Interesting mic technique. I always wonder where to put the mic for recording club races. Next time I will try the engine compartment.

in listening to the sound on u-tube, all I could think of was the movie, "The Battle of the Buldge" and the scene where the american troops are ina sm village with a church tower where the German snipper was, and the american soldiers knew when the Germans would start the tanks EVERY HOUR ON THE HOUR to keep them ready to roll... well your engine sound IS EXACTLY LIKE THE PANZER TANKS!!!!!!!!!!! wow
Know we all know where the engines saw some of their service and development work done! Bob
