Mod. 3.0 questions.

I have a 3.0 with 3.2 syl. and 9.8 JE-pistons, 964 cams, high-rev springs, ssi big ports(early SC) blue printed engine. Runs OK on standard K-jet.

I would like this engine to be more responsiv on the rev. should I go for 46 PMOs ?

And should I change cams at the same time ?

A Lighter weight flywheel and or clutch assembly would most likely provide the most bang-for-the-buck for the issue that you're describing. But you'll need to remove the transmission to make that swap.

The CIS is not helping matters, and replacing that with carbs will make the engine more responsive. 46's may be a bit much for a street engine, not to mention you'll get better mileage from 40's.
