Oil Pressure Gauge and Warning Light after 964 engine build

Working out the kinks, still.

Oil level good. Temperture normal.

Oil pressure gauge is at max, but the warning light is on. I'm wondering if I might have made the wire connections backwards.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

Does the oil warning light come off of the pressure sender for the gauge?
