Hi John
I just noticed that a thread "Machine work. Ollies or Supertec ???" seems to have disappeared.
This post was invaluable to me as it clarified that Supertec is not a good choice for machine work because we don't really have time to adequately address the needs of most engine builders. It also offered those DIY builders the advise they requested as to who might offer good service and may be overlooked by the mainstream Porsche community.
If you did not remove this thread please dismiss this post as an errant assumption.
If you did remove this thread based on some perceived attacks towards me and others, thank you, but I can and will look out for myself.
This and other Pelican forums offer a great opportunity for people to speak their mind and offer insight regarding the community in which we are all just small fish, splashing around in a big pond. Please consider returning this thread (95% of the comments were positive) and in the future consider censorship only when there is truly a challenge to civility or decorum.
