Will 2.7 heads fit a 2.4?

Will 2.7 heads fit a 2.4?
It looks like the bore dia. is ~.25" difference, so I'm concerned about that fitting up right. Working on SVRA spec race car, and 2.7 displacement will bump me up a class, I'd rather stick with the 2.4 for now, but was thinking the 2.7 might be a little better head+ give me a 2nd set to send off for machining etc.

I always thought the heads were the same. I think the port sizes might be different.

2.7/2.4 heads

The heads are interchangable, but the chamfer on the 2.7 is for a 90mm bore and that will gain some head vol., if we use those for smaller bores they get welded and remachined, another tip is to weld up the huge spark plug relief area or reduce them to 12 mm plugs, other than that the valves are the same size, the ports will vary from year to year and they are an easier head to find.
