Unhappy Engine ID

Just recently purchased a "Supposedly" 1982 911.Looked for ID #'s.Only found 6340457 on side on engine.Ordered tune up kit fromPelican and found that the 930-602-902-00-M14rotor and cap were too big.Vin# WPOZZZ91ZCS103248.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
