Crank shaft seal behind fly wheel
I was not planning to remove the fly wheel but I noticed I have a crank shaft seal in the gasket kit. The car has 94K, no oil leaks. Is this an important seal to replace and if so are new fly wheel bolt a must? I am close to installing the engine back in the car and don't want to get bogged down.

Are you referring to the "rear main seal" on the forward, transmission end of the engine?
Install it now, while the engine is out. It is way easier and a cheap fix to a very common and annoying oil leak. Make sure that if the current seal is flush (level) with the case, that the new seal is slightly raised ("proud") of the case. This makes the new seal wear on a different part of the crankshaft and holds the oil nice and tightly. If the old seal is raised, put the new one in all the way flush. Just so that there is a fresh sealing surface.

Yes you will need new flywheel bolts. They are a torque once item.
