can 80mm cylinders be bored to 84mm?

Can 80mm Biral 911E/S cylinders be safely bored to accept 84mm pistons?

No, the cast iron is not thick enough.
Even if you could bore it to 84mm the cylinder to head sealing surface would be very thin.
