I have finished the 3.2 upperend rebuild and the engine is running great. I have not posted many questions because the problems that can up had great answers using the search engine. I ended up spending 5K to up date the engine & accesories.

Great job, mate!
But why did you stop at the top? I know that it would cost a few extra bucks, but wouldn't it be nice to not worry about that..? -Just curious... |

Greetings, I replaced the valves, value springs, cam chains, fuel line, oil lines, clutch, starter, alternator, etc.
I didn't touch the lower end because the leak down test was very good. Also with correct warm up care that area of a engine should last 200K. I just bough a BMW 328I with sports package 1999 for my wife. After Porsche part prices why not. Time to go AX |

Looks very nice. Who did the machine work on the heads for you? And how many miles were on the engine?
