P237 or 9191 Cam Bar to borrow/rent in Bay Area?

Anyone in the 925, 510, 650, 408, 415, 916, 209 etc got a late cam tool they're not currently using? I've had people "borrow" my tools permanently before so I'd be happy to collateralize. I'm trying to manage the number of $$$ single-use tools I acquire for this job so I can spend the money on parts.
Can drive, will bring beer of choice, make friends, etc... Thanks!

Thanks! To my knowledge there's only two tools, the early type (crowsfoot) or later type (socket with pins), so a 3.2 tool will work. Saratoga is not a bad drive if I time it... and frankly due to the economy traffic in Silicon Valley simply isn't what it was a few years ago.
I'm not desperate for the tool (yet), my workbench still is covered with CIS, lines, dizzy, A/C, and a shameful number of orphaned nuts and bolts. I'll have plenty of stuff to do the next couple weekends cleaning, sorting and storing this stuff before I'm even ready to pull valve covers. If I get desperate I'll send more money to our gracious host, tool is already in my cart, but this being a Turbo I have 24 Divalars to replace ($$$) plus rod bolts (more $$$).

keep me posted.. if you need I think Jim would lend to you... I don't want to speak for him. I don't see why not if we get some sort of colateral - we have a lot of the tools in Tom's garage at this point... so it is a bit hard to keep track...

Making my contribution to the Bay Area DIY community; I ordered the tool. Soon as I'm done with it it will be available for loan-out.

I also have the Stomski tool to check the shims on the cams.. it takes a bit of practice and a spread sheet is handy... after checking mine many times.. it ended up with the same shims as the factory installed 16 years before The Stomski tool is a block and you need a straight edge

Thanks! I'm still in the "durdy" part of the job. Really I wasn't going to go deeper than swapping the cams... until I got the motor out and was able to fully assess the results of 15yrs of oil and intake leaks. The motor under the shroud is hideous!!! The worstest is from the injector stack leaks, while under boost it was blowing fuel spray down over the heads, and the cooling fins are caked solid with crud. RMS leak, case seam leak, T-stat housing leak. I can't wait to be done just with the cleaning part and not have to scrape sludge off my gloves anymore!!!

yeah, the cleaning up seems to be a big part of the job... there are a lot of threads on what chemicals/methods to use.
