need advice on a few parts...
I am ordering all of the parts (bearings, gaskets, etc...) in order to rebuild my 930 motor. Now my first question is about obtaining new oil galley plugs- I want to yank all of the oil galley plugs and get the case 100% clean before I re-assemble. If anyone has some part numbers I would be sooo happy and any info about them as well.
Now my next question is about the solid cam chain tensioners I am going to run. Now I have never adjusted solid tensioners and need advice on any spec that I can use to tighten/adjust them. I know almost everyone is going to say that I shouldn't run the solids, but it is from my own personal preference. Any advice on these matters would be greatly appreciated.

HI
forgot about your tensioners, as you have a TURBO, I would go with STD or CARRERA pressure tensioners, as the L/H one is behind the turbo and not easy to get to, for checking/adjustment on the solid ones, but if you must , how old are the chains?? as to how tight you adjust! regards mike

Mike, you are a saint, thank you.
The chains in my motor are about 6k miles old. As far as the turbo goes, I know it is going to suck trying to get in there, but after the carnage that the pressure fed tensioners caused, I am not hot to use them. I guess I could use the origonal standard turbo tensioners with collars, but I am reluctant because what tells you when those go bad with them riding the "bump stops"? Thank you for your advice.
