Cam chain pics, worn too far?

Hi, these are pictures of my cam chains in my '87 930.
I'm asking for opinions from other more experienced people if these chains look to be worn too far and are now too long from the position of the tensioner parts in these pictures.
I had already removed the tensioner mounting nuts before I took the pictures.

I have some almost new, very low mileage cam and idler sprockets, that I'm planning on installing along with freshly reground cams from webcam, and new rocker arms and new rocker shafts.
The cams are ground to webcam #40 which is a 964 profile.

I also have some very low mileage chains with no master links I'd like to install, but I would have to cut out a link on all 4 chains including the ones in the motor and try to find master links to install the fresher chains I have.
I'm doing this in my driveway with the motor in the car which is a challenge too.

Thanks in advance for your opinions and advice,
Jim

someone will know better than I... I was inside my 3.2 a couple of years ago and now forgot how things looked... I'm guessing you have considerable wear by looking at how close some things are getting to other things.

Garage
I've seen worse but if I was going to the trouble of changing cams and sprockets I'd go ahead and put in new chains.

if you don't split the case.. you have new chains and new big sprockets... the layshaft sprocket is old and off pitch... this may still be sort of ok... but not great ok.
