What should compression test numbers be like for a 2.4T motor?

I am considering buying a 2.4T motor and was curious to know what is a good compression number for a stock 2.4 911T motor.
Compression numbers I am getting are between 108 and 120. Doesn't that seem low?

Make sure the compression check is done with a wide open throttle. If not, the compression readings will all be low.

My 2.4t gives about 135 psi

Guys,
Here are the compression and leakdown test numbers for the motor I am thinking of buying. As you can see, the compression numbers vary widely spread out between 125-146. The leakdown number on #4 cylinder is high at 15%. Do these numbers indicate that the motor is in need of a rebuild?

Compression / leakdown
#1 125 / 3%
#2 128 / 4%
#3 132 / 6%
#4 146 / 15%
#5 142 / 9%
#6 137 / 4%.

Any thoughts and or advice would be appreciated.

I've seen a lot worse on strong motors.

Was the leak test performed on a hot engine? Makes a difference. Where was the leakage for the low cylinder (no. 4)?

Compression numbers and Leak down results aren't consistent with each other.

Tell us more.
