Leakdown Procedure on 3.2 and 3.6 Engines?

I couldn't find anything specifically on this. If there is a thread, please direct me.

What is the proper procedure for this?
Besides a tester (I understand dual gauge is better/easier), what other tools are needed?
Can this be done with one person?
Good testers and sources? I've seen prices range from $70 to $150. What's the difference?

Thanks.
