Pistons in the wrong way round - so the inlet valve is trying to fit in the exhaust pocket?
Regards Angus

I wish the pistons in upside down were the case, but unfortunately that is not the case. I did a clay mold to see if there were any possibility that the valves could have been hitting the sides of the pockets, but they made perfect indentations, and because I used playdough, and did not take it out before I went to bed, it dried overnight and I have a nice purple mold of those pockets with the valve indentations.
