Advance curve info please

Hello,
Can anyone tell me where I can find an advance curve for the ingnition system on a '74 2.7 with SC cams. Any close proximity would be fine as I will be needing it for my pending distributorless ignition system that I am building. Any help, advise or such is greatly appreciated.
-Mike

actually after a little more thought,

maybe ask a pro that has the experience with a 2.7 and SC cams for a dizzy curve suggestion.

although I don't have your set-up, I'd guess that the greater fuel flow and power might might enjoy a 2.7 Euro Carrera/231.184.004 dizzy curve timed at 10deg initial with the vac line disconnected.

interesting topic imo

I have a system that I am building using the ford EDIS6 coil pack and controller with a homemade ECU done from a kit bought off line. The ECU is fully programmable and has a MAP sensor so I will have to figure out the maps for it as well. I am guessing that I may just use the stock 74 2.7 dizzy that I have with the engine and do a advance plot from it. Its a start....hell, I should probably get my engine together first.

Out standing! Thanks again RoninLB. These are a good start. Unfortunately, I think that they were all for carbed engines and I will be using CIS. I intend to make my findings public so that if any one wants to make a DIS for their 911 for around $300 or less they can. The built computer is $150, but one can buy the board ($15), programmed chip ($8), components (about $40), and case ($16) for cheap and assemble it themselves if they are so inclined. I got the EDIS 6 controller, sensor, and trigger wheel from the parts yard for like $20. I am using the Mega Jolt Lite jr kit. Heck, I hope that the dizzy from my engine originally ('74) will work with the SC cams and 8.5:1 cr pistons that I just installed. Learning is good.

I know this is an old thread but I have the Ford EDIS ignition and was planning to use the Mega Jolt. Did you ever get this working?

I did not. My CDU died and I was not completely sure it was not because of the MJ unit and stuff in the system. In order to just drive the thing I installed another CDU and put my unit in a box. I will use it later on a different engine like my corvair powered bus
