Red face Oil back pressure at oil tank vent

Hi I have a 911 SC 1979 and have a problem with oil backing up into vent hose from oil tank to air plenum. I have checked oil level with engine running it is at normal level. I am not familiar with the oil circulation route and it seems that hoses are connected correctly. This car is just been restored after sitting for 13 years look great , now I need to get some other bugs fixed. I also checked the PCV tube and it is clean no restrictions vent is open and clear. I appreciate any and all suggestions.

Do you have the restricter in the hose between the tank and the air plenum?

Pressure in the tank implies pressure in the crankcase. Meaning blowby.
A tight engine will actualy have vacuum in the case. And a PCV valve?
Never had em since all venting is done through the two hoses.

I would be doing a leakdown test to check the condition of the rings. This can account for the crankcase getting pressurized and pushing oil into the airbox.
