Tom,

I see you updated the 1970-73 911S chart, I seem to have the S heads for the rebuild.

Now that you know what the numbers are, here's where you can buy them.

2.7 heads from europe

In case you are interested, I have 911.104.342.0R (8-73) heads which was not a number on your list I found from 2009. It is on an engine I bought in Europe and shipped over.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1350361766.jpg

Do you know the valve and port sizes?

Old thread to revive I realize, but the casting numbers and other data here were very useful to me for my own research.

So for posterity I'm sharing a photo of a '73-75 2.7L MFI cylinder head (911.104.307.1R) which were found on the RS / MFI Carrera cars. This is from my '74 MFI/Euro Carrera which was an early build (one of the first '74s, delivered Sept-73). Cylinder head casting date is May-73 and these are marked with the Y-metal alloy in top right.

In 1974 the 2.7 was available in 150 HP and 170 HP. Does anyone have the serial number range for for which are 150 HP with CIS and which are 170 HP?
