3.0 rebuild

Hello to all. First time posting though I've been lurking for years. Engine finally broke 2 case studs and since mileage in unknown I figure it would be time for a rebuild. Can anyone direct me to good shop? I am located in the New York City area. Long Island and Northern NJ accessible also. It's a 1979 3.0 engine. I would also like opinions on replacing the fuel induction set up to something workable. The CIS has a blown airbox and now may be the time to do everything together. No carbs though. Thanking all in advance. P.S. would consider a replacement engine or rebuilt longblock. Thanks again
