I only know Einmalig from the repro interior door pockets they make for early cars. Didn't even know they were in the "shop" business, so no clue.
From my end, knowing how many great and reasonably priced shops, with proprietors with decades of experience and positive customer feedback, why are you considering Einmalig. I could be wrong and they may have a long and positive reputation, but if so, I am surprised I haven't heard anything. Between Supertec, TLG, TRE, Otto's, Kundensport/Rennwerkes in the general area, your options are open.

Einmalig, they go back years. They were a shop in the late 70s, early 80s when I got my first 911.
