Gathering Components

I have a spare 2.2L motor from a 1971T that I want to rebuild.

Does it make sense to use this a base to build a 2.4L w/ 2,2S pistons?

I think I would need:
(1) 2.2S Pistons
(2) a 2.4 or 2.7 crank
(3) induction - either MFI or PMOs
(4) "S" cams

Any thoughts would be welcome.

Alex
