2.4 to 2.7

I have a 73 911T, 2.4L CIS injection...

I've located what appears to be a good deal on original Mahle cylinders and pistons for 2.7.

A) Says they are nikasil cylinders, I assume this means aluminum material. Anyone ever have trouble with the electroplating? I assume they don't get honed and such like you do with iron liners

B) Would any crank-case modifcations be needed, or would this be bolt-in?

C) will 2.4 CIS heads work, or will I need to do something else with the heads and injection?

Thanks!
