Cylinder head volume (CC) for 2.2 head
I have collected the parts to build a 2.5SS for my targa. I have a set of later 2.7S heads with the large milled section at the spark plug hole. I am in the process of calculating the overall compression from my nominal 10.5:1 (on a 70.4 crank) 90mm JE pistons.
I have access to a set of 2.2 heads that should have a slightly smaller cylinder head volume. Can anyone tell me the volume of a 2.2 head for reference? I want to see if it makes a difference to switch. Thanks.

Thanks Tom, I forgot about that compiled list.
I know that the 2.2 - 2.7 heads are nominally 68CC. There is a later 2.7 head that has more area milled out of the spark plug hole. I will get some numbers and send them to update your spreadsheet.
