Shroud grommet

Has anyone come up with a substitute grommet for the wire harness hole in the shroud?
Darren at Pelican says the originals are not available separate from the harness.
Thanks

I believe I found a usable substitute at Lowes in the hardware section. They have some auto plugs and grommets and such in that section. Been a few years.

For larger holes, I have used the stuff that ppl use on car door edges.
It looks like a closed "C" and comes in different colours.
You cut it to length and it just clamps on around the edge of the hole.
There will be a joint in it...but you can place that anywhere in the circle...so it cannot be seen.

Grommet......

Go to your local NAPA auto parts store and see what they have. The store here is owned by a friend who lets me brouse thru the parts bins occasionaly. I found a grommet that was close enough to work on my engine that way. Good luck!
