Are there any builders in SF Bay starting a 3.2 re-build any time soon?

I would sure like an opportunity to observe and/or etc anything that might be useful as I start my re-build sometime next month.

I dummy shifted my engine into ruin back in April 09'; the same month I changed my career path and started a new business. Needless to say I have been too broke (busy) to start the build until now.

My concern is that I tore down the engine back then (5/09') thinking I could get right on it. (NOT) As advised I took great detailed video as I dis-assembled the engine to help with the re-build. The only problem is that my 19yr old son decided he wanted to (without asking) take my camera water skiing with him and drop it the lake. Duhhhhh why you so mad Dad, it's only a camera?

Anyway, you get the picture...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Bob

Hey, Bob.

I'm in Fremont too. Have built several customer engines for race and street. I'm not looking for motor business and I won't do it for you "gratis", but I'd be happy to make a Fremont connection and lend some advice. Drop me an email at kindersport@gmail.com and I'll send you my number. We could chat or I could see what you're starting with and go from there. Just willing to help if I can.

Regards,
Scott

Hey guys... I live in Fremont too, and I have another contact here that may be doing a build. We should all meet sometime. Perhaps for a coffee? I like meeting at Starbucks on Fremont Blvd and Mowry... or perhaps Mission Coffee.

Great idea, post up a time and date here and I'll try to be there, too.
