3.2 euro pistons

Can anyone tell me how to distinguish the difference between the USA pistons and the Euro pistons in the 3.2 motor. I know that Bruce Anderson shows the Euro being a 10.3 vs. 9.5 for the USA version. Are the Mahle numbers inside different. Thanks
