Idler arm and sprocket bushings

I need to have the bushings for my idler arms (late wide base) and sprocket replaced and cannot find a part number. Our host does not have them. Does anyone have a source? Can any good machine shop supply and install them? Any recommendations in DC Maryland area? Engine w is 2.7 RS mfi. Thanks, Al

The idler arm sprocket wheel is part number 901.105.055.00

The bushing is not spec'd as a replacement part as far as I know. But yes, a good machine shop can source a suitable bushing, press it in, ream to size and you're good to go.

cgarr here on the forums has a solution to the idler bushings. He's located in Michigan. Get in touch with him and he'll set you up with a very nice installation. Nice guy who knows his way around machining equipment.
