2.2 engine in the RS clone 4 sale

Did/does this engine make any sense as described to any of you? Its in the "cars for sale" Beyond the fact that its supposedly a high end RS Clone including Al bumpers and deck, but has a smaller wrong year Al engine block.

*2.2 E P&C's = 10.5:1 compression?
*S piston domes causing premature valve wear(wouldnt that be lobe profile)?
*S cams with E pistons ( but wouldn't that have lowered not raised compression)
*Webers rather than MFI
*no mention of the quite important head itself
*SSI's on a period clone?

Beyond the fact that my home brewed RS tribute has a MUCH more accurate RS engine in it, my real question is: Does any of that make SENSE to you? I'm no original build/stock snob but when you use words Concours and people couldn't tell it wasn't real at $70k asking price I just was bothered.

I wouldn't count on anything in that ad to "make sense", other than a dealer is trying to move a car.

The car might have been done to a high standard, and it might be a good buy for someone I suppose, but the prose is pretty silly.
