Cleaning Clutch Parts
Can I use brake cleaner to clean up all the clutch dust on my clutch disk and pressure plate? If not, what would you suggest.

I was thinking in terms of cleaning all clutch parts before reinstalling. I would rather put clean parts back into the car. I could just use air to clean up the disc if chemicals are not wise.

A good degreaser like simple green and soapy water rinse works fine on the clutch and flywheel. DON'T blow it with your air hose. You'll blow a bunch of clutch dust & rust into the air and then breathe it.
