sorry here was part one,
does this look normal?....timing chain, tensioners

this is the other side, i just ordered locking collars, but dont know how this side is going to fit...

Lock the collar as high as you can get it on that tensoiner.

thats the issue i see, there is no room to even get the collar on, and timing chain seems to be pretty tight on this side, tighter then passenger side

Sometimes its that way. Turn it over a couple times and see if you ve got a link doubled. Check and make sure your chain rails are bolted properly. If one of the bolts you cant see is under the rail you ll be too short too.
