Mystery Part
Unfortunately as I am getting towards the end of the rebuild I found the following part/fastener that I can't for the life of me identify. Somehow this ended up in the bag with my fan pulley parts (shims, nut, etc). Clearly it doesn't belong there but where does it belong?

That holds the a/c bracket to the case on the chain box top right side.
