Question Cam Removal?

I'm parting out an old motor.

It has '66 dated heads and S cams.

How do I safely remove them?

You have to pull all the rockers after taking the big nut off the chain and chain drives.
The rockers from that vintage could be forged with the reinforcement bar running all the way across the rocker top. Racers like these for the performance at high RPM. The forged rockers are hard to find especially if you need a set.
