By-Pass Mods

We just made a set of fixtures for drilling out crankcases for the traditional By-Pass mods.

The tool fits into the case and can be lightly bolted in place.

The main hole is the correct diameter and the second part is to provide a pilot hole before drilling the main hole.

We scribed a line on the end so it can be positioned correctly before work starts.

Great work Chris. Will you be selling these in the future?

The machine shop that made them to our drawing would make a batch of 10 if there was demand.

If we have to make them individually they would be quite costly.
