Need help with timing chains

I am doing the top end of a 3.2 and am at the stage where I am installing the sprockets to the cams. The timing chain on the right side seems to have come off the sprocket on the intermediate shaft. The crank will only rotate about 30 degrees before lock up. How do I get the chain back on the internal sprocket? The left chain rotates with the crank but the right side is slack and does not move with the crank.

Thanks,
Bill
